What Is The Story About Naruto

Naruto is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto. It tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja who seeks recognition from his peers and dreams of becoming the Hokage, the leader of his village. The story is told in two parts: the first is set in Naruto's pre-teen years (volumes 1–27), and the second in his teens (volumes 28–72). The series is based on two one-shot manga by Kishimoto: Karakuri (1995), which earned Kishimoto an honorable mention in Shueisha's monthly Hop Step Award the following year, and Naruto (1997).

    Plot Summary

    Part I

Naruto is an orphan who has a dangerous fox-like entity known as Kurama the Nine-Tailed Fox sealed within his body by his father, the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze, the leader of Konoha's ninja force, at the cost of his own life and that of his wife, Kushina Uzumaki. This possession led to Naruto being ridiculed frequently by the rest of Konoha; being associated with him was considered taboo. As a youth, Naruto makes jokes and plays pranks to attract attention. Desiring what he lacked in his early life, Naruto dreams of becoming a Hokage himself with the hope that it will bring him the villagers' recognition and respect.

Naruto graduates from the Ninja Academy and is placed on Team 7 with Sasuke Uchiha, a prodigy from the renowned Uchiha clan, and Sakura Haruno, a girl who has a crush on Sasuke. The team is led by Kakashi Hatake, a skilled ninja who is known as the Copy Ninja.

Team 7 is assigned to their first D-rank mission, which is to escort a bridge builder and his assistant to their destination. However, they are ambushed by two chūnin-level ninja from the Hidden Mist Village, Zabuza Momochi and Haku. Kakashi is able to defeat Zabuza, but he is too exhausted to continue fighting. Naruto and Sasuke must then face Haku, who is a skilled ice user.

Naruto and Sasuke are initially defeated by Haku, but they are able to turn the tide of the battle with their determination and teamwork. Naruto eventually defeats Haku by using a Shadow Clone Jutsu technique to distract Haku and then delivering a decisive blow.

After the battle, Naruto and Sasuke learn that Haku was actually a boy who was forced to become a ninja by Zabuza. Haku sacrificed his life to save Zabuza, which leads Zabuza to have a change of heart. Zabuza then sacrifices his own life to protect Naruto and Sasuke from a group of ninja from the Hidden Mist Village.

After the battle, Naruto and Sasuke are promoted to chūnin level. They then continue on their journey to become Hokage.

    Part II

Three years after the events of Part I, Naruto returns to Konoha after training with Jiraiya, a legendary Sannin. Naruto has become much stronger during his time away, and he is now determined to defeat Sasuke, who has joined the evil ninja organization Akatsuki.

Naruto and Sasuke eventually meet in battle, and they have a fierce fight. However, Sasuke is too strong for Naruto, and he defeats him. Sasuke then leaves Konoha to join Orochimaru, a powerful ninja who is seeking to destroy the village.

Naruto is devastated by his defeat, but he vows to become stronger and bring Sasuke back to Konoha. He continues to train with Jiraiya, and he also learns new techniques from other ninja, such as Kakashi and Yamato.

Naruto and his friends eventually defeat Akatsuki, and they save Sasuke. Sasuke initially refuses to return to Konoha, but he is eventually convinced by Naruto to come back.

Naruto is then appointed as the Seventh Hokage, and he leads Konoha into a new era of peace and prosperity.

The Naruto universe is HUGE! There are more layers than an onion, and lore that can be a little difficult to parse at times. Plus, there isn't even a proper dating system, so it can often get really hard to figure out the order of specific events. I mean, we all know that the Third Great Ninja War comes after the Second, but some of the finer details can be tough to pin down.

Don't worry, though! I've got you. Get ready to learn the lore IN ORDER thanks to your boy over here on Channel Frederator. Now, keep in mind that a lot of this will be speculation where we're basing stuff off of how old characters are, and it's pretty common for even those ages to be all over the place. It's a wild world. Keep in mind that Kishimoto-sensei wasn't laying this all out to the day while writing his weekly Shonen Jump chapters. He was probably more concerned with how cool his next magic eyeball would be, and whether the monkey kaiju would have a fun banana power or not (unfortunately, he went with not). Despite all of this, I'll do what I can to put together as accurate and coherent a timeline as possible. Get ready to have a Naruto big brain moment.
